Howl-o-Ween Yappy Hour!

Join us for a HOWL-o-ween themed Yappy Hour! In addition to the usual fun (adoptable dogs, raffle prizes, and $1/pint benefiting the Sacramento SPCA), we will also have a costume contest! Enter three contests: best dog, best human, and best combo! We are arranging for a food truck to be there for all the hungry goblins!
