This is a restaurant located in the gay section Lavender Heights of midtown. Each time I walked by it was busy with locals. The food is tasty I enjoyed the Fettuccine Arrostini (blackened chicken & chilis, which paired well with a local Amador County red Zin). And the service was friendly. The only caveat its mixed but seemed mostly straight gay friendly for sure, but the only thing a traveler probably wont be able to do here is to meet many gay or lesbian locals but you can head a block or 2 to the Merc for that.
