The Mikuni family name is legendary in Sactown, as are their gourmet sushi rolls. The downtown location has not only become an "it" spot for dinner, but the open first floor and patio have become a hotspot for bar hoppers, too. Mikuni also has locations in Roseville, Fair Oaks and El Dorado Hills.

not really a japanese restrauant

there are alot of resturants that call themselves"japanese" but they really aren't. Mikunuis is okay but I would recommend Mana's in Sac. off fulton and alta arden. Now here its all japanese food and cooks ...can't forget the waiters /waitresses too.
